Wedding photography

Igor Vavrik provides you with outstanding wedding photography services at a very good price. Included in the package you will have wedding coverage, concurrent coverage by another photographer, full size JPG files that are downloadable. We also correct and select wedding photos, you will also have immediate access to an online gallery with your photos. These are available for up to 21 days, the gallery is online forever. We also have a 90 minute session after the wedding in case it rains. You can choose the amount of time and pricing will differ based on that.

Elopements

We can also be hired for elopements if necessary. We offer full size JPG file downloads, correction and selection of all photos, we can do 75 photos per hour and you will have immediate access to the photos as you see fit. You have up to 4 hours of elopement photos Monday to Thursday for 20 guests maximum. We do offer weekend coverage, but you have to schedule that beforehand. Travel fees can be applied to the price too.

Engagement sessions

We do up to 100 corrected photos per hour and you will have immediate access to all the downloadable files right away. You can get in touch with us for a complete overview of what’s included in our sessions.

Albums

We provide bespoke albums that you can access right away. These are 12”x12” hardcover albums and every photo is fully retouched to give you the best value. You can choose from hundreds of materials and these are designed by Igor Vavrik.

Parent albums

The parent albums are sized 8”x8” and they can have a duplicate design to the parent album. The pages are small and you can feel free to choose from a multitude of cover materials if you want. These are purchasable with the main album.

Rehearsal dinner

You can also choose to have an album of the rehearsal dinner if you want to. These are candid or spontaneous photos of the guests and many others. You do need to book at least 2 hours, and the service is performed by Igor Vavrik.

Travel

We do apply travel fees if you want our services outside of our city. We can come to you without a problem, you just have to keep in mind the location as select fees can apply. We calculate fees on 30 minute increments. We try to adjust the schedule to give enough time for our travels.

Wait time

In case we have to wait for more than 2 hours, an additional fee has to be paid. This usually comes from traveling between venues and other similar stuff.

Small retouching

We charge per photos, per 5 photos or 10 photos. These small adjustments are provided right away and we will make sure that you see and access the results as fast as you can without any problem.

Fine art prints

Here at Igor Vavrik Photography you can have fine art prints in sizes 16’x20” or larger. These are printed on semigloss Canson Baryta Photographique fine art fiber paper. Retouching is a part of the price for this service.

Retouched album files

In case you want all the retouched image files as a part of the wedding album, then you can purchase that. I offer low resolution versions that have 1200 pixels and you can easily share those on social media. These adjustments are very handy and they bring in front rewarding benefits and results no matter the situation.

Raw originals

If you’re looking for a way to own the original photo files, then you will have to acquire the RAW negatives. I offer that, and you will have no problem getting all these digital negatives. You can opt for some specific images or all of them. I use the RAW format because it’s the best one, it has the utmost detail and it doesn’t limit you at all, which is a very good thing.

Also, I harness the power of a very good computer to ensure that every processing decision is performed correctly and without any problems. Thanks to the RAW files I can easily change things like exposure, white balance, colors and so on. The benefit is that the results are always amazing and you can adapt and adjust everything at a professional level no matter the situation.

The great thing about this package is that once you purchase it, you won the original data. If you want to make any manipulation on your own, you can totally do that. You won’t have to deal with the JPEG limitations. If you choose the All Photos option, you will have both the selected and discarded images, so you never have to worry about anything. The results can be among some of the best out there, all you have to do is to take your time as you make the right pick and adapt or adjust everything to suit all your needs.

The RAW photos will come with an extension like CR2 or NEF. This means you do need Lightroom or Photoshop in order to see all that content. Another thing to consider is that the RAW files don’t have any correction added to them, so you can modify them if you want.

Non disclosure agreement

The NDA is available if you focus on privacy. If you want me to sign an NDA, I can’t use them as portfolio or anything like that. I am unable to disclose any names, and that in the end will be a very important factor to keep in mind. The fee is suitable for undercover individuals or those that have a major need of privacy.

Early file release

Once you purchase the album, the full size files will be released only when the album is ready. With this package, you don’t need to worry about that. I will send you every file as soon as it’s ready if you choose an early file release. The low res versions can be around 1200 pixels for the long side and you can use these however you see fit.

Conditions

The availability is based on who contacts me first. I always collect state tax as requested by the authorities. Also, there’s a 50% retainer fee at signing to ensure that everything is ok and you are actively booking this without any hassle.

My 90 minute portrait session is ok only if the outdoor wedding portraits were not completed due to various problems like rain. The travel fees can apply if I have to move more than 10 miles for the customer.
